Below are security features implemented to enforce membership rules:
Confidentiality Notice
Members have to sign a confidentiality agreement before getting access to site. Features are put in place to keep post confidential to this platform. All post are for members eyes only.
Copy & Paste
Members will realize that they cannot copy and paste any text on the website. This is intentional. Post are eyes only.
Post Sharing
Any post or info inside platform cannot be shared with any people outside the platform. (If you try it wont work) The post are eyes only for authorized paying members of website. We take our members assets & privacy seriously.
Unauthorized Solicitation
Many outside people try to sign up each day. The website was specifically designed for this... They cannot get in unless they meet membership requirements & are authorized for access. This is why we have AUM paperwork authorization to hold members accountable to minimize issues in platform. THIS CAN BE SREO, CLOSING PACKAGE SETTLEMENT, STATEMENTS, LAWYER LETTER, SOMTHING IN WRITING THAT CAN BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. Members are also searched to make sure they are credible. We will also be working on a reporting feature for community reporting of unsolicited activity.
Membership Pledge Acknowledgement
Members have to sign a confidentiality and membership pledge before gaining access to site. This is the rules of the website that they have to follow. You can find them on the member rules page of navigation dropdown or at bottom of website. This holds them accountable legally in writing that they must follow rules or be banned.
Messaging Feature
Buyers message sellers about any other information that is needed or negotiation that may take place. Admin can see & will review all the messages for added security and member accountability. All messaging needs to be in chat for security reasons. Contact admin for more information. All info needed should be relevant and shown on post already.
Failed Membership Payment
If your membership payment fails you will not have access to properties anymore until you pay. Members pay a monthly membership fee. You can find this on the pricing page.
Post Deletion - Admin Notification
Admin can see which post are taken down by which members. Obviously, there will be a reason why its being taken down. In the initial paperwork signed members signify in writing that they will contact admin why they are taking the post down. If they do not contact - it will become a discrepancy case. Admin will look into case deeply. If issues found member will be banned from site.
High Profile Anonymity
If you are a high profile member and want to remain antonymous you can post your assets under a custom name like "Grey Rabbit" Otherwise you can post under your company name "Sunrise Capital". We can make this work for buyers also...
